Combative Jiu-Jitsu

This class consists of real-life, combat jiu-jitsu techniques. This is not a sport or tournament style jiu-jitsu program. The techniques taught in this class were developed specifically for military combatants and require extensive practice, control and patience. Tashi Alan is a certified Level II Modern Army Combatives Program instructor who works closely with the Army National Guard to support weekly training, skill development and over all fighting physical fitness.

This class is open to ages 8 through adult. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm. The monthly tuition fee is $100 for new students and $50 for our current Kempo students. Reduced rates are available for military and first response personnel. For those who cannot commit to regular training, there is an $8 mat fee per class. All mat fee students who have no prior relationship with this school or Tashi Alan must meet with him to gain approval prior to attending classes at Tokyo Joe's.
